These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Summarise Visually app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Summaries and visual explainers are produced by automated AI systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information against the original source.
Premium features are offered via an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. A free trial may be offered; if you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The app, its design, and its branding are owned by us. Content you submit remains yours; summaries generated from your content are provided for your own use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
